  Terrible customer service, waited forever, I was waiting for my phone to turn on and the representative helping me started helping another couple then proceeded to make me wait 40 min to do what I needed. Decided to call the customer service line to help me with a a separate issue and that was even quicker than this place. Go to another Verizon store
