  The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I don't think the lady who handled the phone ever heard a word I said because she refused to stop talking when I was trying to explain my situation.

  So bad.
  
  1.) Lost a client package and payment.
  
  When I called to ask, employee rudely said, "We have nothing for you here!" I was skeptical, because tracking said otherwise. So, I made the drive there, which forced me to leave work early. Their 10am-4pm window can be a crunch if you work full-time. Turned out, they had the package. It was lost in the back.
  
  2.) Last minute job, needed equipment, paid expedited shipping.
  
  Delivery was never made. Mailbox note: "Sorry we missed you, pick it up yourself." Whaaat? I was home. Package label also said leave at door if no response. Carrier did not properly deliver. Instead, left a note at the complex mailbox. Had to, once again, take time off work to pick up a failed delivery. We also missed the job because of this.
  
  We no longer use this facility for anything important.

  Very small location - should go to the main San Carlos Dr. location if you need other amenities. Great for a drop off or a quick pay, but don't stand in line here. One person at the window, and it takes a while...
