  For many years I have come to this Postal Annex and I have been pleased every time. Many staff know me and are very friendly. I have never seen them rude to or ignore patrons. I have printed huge volumes of information and bound them there. I have mailed USPS & other packages including UPS/FEDEX/DHL. Yes, sometimes they can be very busy especially during the holidays. But, that is to be expected!

  Such an awful experience, don't ever go here, no customer service, very rude, steve had a 5 minute conversation while i was waiting in line. I had to ask for service..smh...double charging & all...THIS STORE SUCKS, DONT GIVE THEM NONE OF YOUR MONEY!!!...
