Im sorry for not posting this review sooner...
Despite Nick’s Auto Groups previous repeated efforts to resolve this situation while maintaining their standard of excellent customer service it has become obvious that Kyle has another agenda.
Since goggle does not allow me to comment on reviews I must write a review myself. To answer “Kyle’s” numerous reviews under his name and all assumed names in the order reviews:
    1) A deal becoming "finalized" has nothing to do with the time it was approved but has to do with a deal being completed in full, all documents requested by the bank must be in, all stipulations of the deal including POI, POR references and down payment promised must be made in its entirety to the dealer. 2) So Kyle you said your trade, the Monte Carlo had MAJOR ISSUES, so do you think Nick's Auto Group just put it on the line in the condition it was traded in?? NOT A CHANCE! There was allot of work to be done on this vehicle and even dealerships PAY REAL MONEY to bring a vehicle to a state of readiness! 3) The vehicle was paid off as of 10/8 and yes Kyle a dealer does Have 30 days to pay off a trade, no matter what anyone said, the owner, the manager, a salesperson, even a lot attendant the dealer had everything done in more than enough time 4) About the smoke in the vehicle, I get it you must have promised your girlfriend you would quit before the baby was born, here’s a tip if you stop smoking in the car the smell will dissipate. 5) When dealing with “Sub-Prime” or “special finance” the job of the finance manager is to structure the deal in a way that will prove the credit worthiness of their customer. They assume the customer wants and needs a vehicle, which is the reason they walked on the lot in the first place. Rite Kyle? Special finance is not easy, and not many dealers are willing to take that risk upon them selves to put that customer in the best possible position for approval despite their previous credit history. 6) A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE: Nick’s Auto Group will apologize to a customer when they seem upset only to deescalate the situation, even if the customer is wrong or acting completely irrational. Many companies today have forgotten that old saying “THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RITE” even if they are wrong. That was probably the biggest mistake Nick’s Auto Group made was apologizing when they did NOTHING WRONG! It only allowed Kyle to believe he was correct in the way he was behaving and had the upper hand. Kyle, It is illegal to put a stop payment on a check that is part of your down payment. In the state of California that is considered fraud.

This is a review on the quality of service, rather than the vehicle as a deal could not be made.

Customer service was lackluster, salesmen was not knowledgeable about the vehicle advertised, and made the remark that he does not work there enough to know about the cars they sell.

The salesman had made an offer to me but pulled back and rejected the price when we had accepted the offer. He was also condescending, making remarks indicating his concern about the transmission and how buyers did not know how to drive a manual transmission, though when he got into the car to reposition it into the lot, he stalled the car in reverse gear.

The vehicle we were looking at was not being sold as advertised. One example was that the car was advertised with fog lights, but the fog lights were not even in working condition amongst other features.

This dealership has successfully wasted our the time invested into the purchase of a car, in the end they could not meet the offer that they had made, I implore to anyone reading this review to READ ALL OTHER REVIEWS FOR THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY ARE ACCURATE.

It should also be noted, that any positive reviews for this dealership were most likely made by employee's, and it is blatant by the wording used, short and generic.

Find another dealership that will actually meet the offers they make, rather than just wasting your time.
